Chicago - Weekly Pay / Full Time - Admin / Recruiter / Assistant Manager
We are a fast growing company in the hospitality industry seeking a full-time, entry level (0-1 year experience) recruiter. Our office is in the Elmhurst area, but events are all throughout Chicago and the suburbs.
Responsibilities for Recruiter / Staffing Manager are:
- Recruiting and coordinating large, special events in the Chicago area.
- Outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal skills.
- Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in a recruiting capacity and the remaining time will be spent coordinating events from within an office environment and/or onsite.
- Detail Orientated - able to follow compliance requirements for all clients.
In the past we have had success with new hires who have degrees in Business or Hospitality, are not afraid of a sales environment, are capable of handling a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment, and who are looking for career opportunities. This is not a 9-5 job, and it offers excellent career growth and training.
